Sheet steel damper for ventilation pipe

For mounting in round ventilation pipes, prevents temperature loss and serves to avoid air backflow. The damper has a split damper closure and allows the air flow to pass in one direction only. The aluminium shutters are pressed against a foam seal when closed to reduce operating noise in the ductwork. The split damper closure is held closed with a spring wheel, allowing the air damper to be used in vertical installations.
